| This product is the sole monitoring installation for partial discharge of generator certified by the Canada Electrical Association. It consists of three parts including sensor of partial discharge, measuring instrument and software of expert system analysis.
The sensor of parial discharge includes epoxy resin-mica bus coupler and stator slot aerial coupler. The epoxy resin-mica bus coupler meets the requirements of the strictest test standards which has passed the test for dangerous operation surrounding (CE-ATEX/BASEEFA). It also reaches the standard--1987 of IEEE 1043 and ANSI/IEEE C37.20.02.
The measuring instrument has two functions of periodic and continuous monitoring. Different types and specifications shall apply to different generators and shall meet the requirements of different clients for the price. The continuous monitoring can realize data storage, remote control, remote measuring and automatic alarming as well.
Software of expert system analysis is designed for the non- specialized operators at site. It has the function of evaluation and diagnosis for the condition of generator insulation according to the measuring results. The monitoring data and analysis results shall be showed by three-dimensional figure. This technical installation is financed, researched and developed together by American Electric Research Institute (EPRI), Canada Electric Association (CEA) and Ontario Electricity Bureau. Through tens of years of development and perfection, it has been widely used for insulation monitoring and overhaul for generator and motor through out the world. Its application covers various areas of hydropower, thermal power, nuclear power, water resources, urban water treatment, environmental protection, metallurgy, petrochemistry, papermaking and etc. At present, more than 6000 sets of generator and motor have adopted this technology and installation through out the world, while most of the generators, used in the electricity system in the Unite State of America and in Canada , have adopted this technology and installation. In resent years, this technology and installation started to be used in the hydro power plants, petrochemistry and urban water treatment in our country. |

Cable crane, using the soft steel cable as supporting structure for big span, shall be put up over the construction site, which is the special lifting equipment with vertical and horizontal transportation. Cable crane mainly consists of cable, movable loading vehicle on the cable, supporting structure at both ends of cable, lifting mechanicals, pulling mechanicals, control system and etc. It is widely used in hydraulic and hydro-electric construction.
JME has undertaken the project for research and manufacture for cable crane which is the project in The National Plan on Research & Manufacture Projects of Important Technical Equipment in "the Tenth Five-Year Plan" (High-Tech projects). On the basis of understanding and absorbing the advanced technology for 30T cable crane made abroad, we have focused on solving the key technical problems for producing 30T cable crane domestically, such as the manufacture technique, regulation technology, PLC intelligent control, structural optimized design and etc. We adopted the method of 30T cable crane being designed by our engineers and the mechanical structure being made domestically with the loading cable, working cable imtroduced from abroad. The DC regulator and PLC controller would be selected in our country. Our principle of making the cable crane is to raise the ratio of Chinese-built at most and to reduce the cost subject to guarantee of equipment performance, and to make the technical performance of the cable crane reach the international standards. The manufacture of 30T cable crane has timely satisfied the resent requirements for cable crane in the construction of hydraulic and hydro-electric projects in our country on one hand, and the design and manufacture for large cable crane has been improved on the other hand. |

| The research and manufacture of MQ1800 Circular Elevated Gantry Crane, one of the projects in The National Plan on Research & Manufacture Projects of Important Technical Equipment in "The Tenth Five-Year Plan" (High-Tech projects ), is mainly for the dam adding higher construction of Danjianglou Reservoir which is part of South to North Water Diversion project. It shall be made applying to the current conditions of Danjiangkou Reservoir dam, satisfying the overall concreting of the dam and the erection requirement of metal structural works. It is the special construction machinery with obviously specific characteristics. Besides, the adaptability to other hydraulic and hydroelectric construction shall be considered. The new model of the crane with excellent performance will replace the old models in the hydraulic and hydro-electric construction. It is required fully absorb the advantages and mature technology of the existing models both at home and abroad during the research process on the premise of assuring high reliability. Meanwhile, the function and parameters were required to be reasonable, the control and protection progressive. On the basis of design for standard model (general model) we shall fulfill the design and research for the special model according to the special requirements for dam adding higher project of Danjiangkou Reservoir, and the mature product will be evolved eventually. |

Geosynthetic Clay Liner (abbreviation GCL) is a new type of compound geosynthetic material with Bentonite held between two carrier geotextiles, which are needle punched together, and utilize the bentonite's high swelling capacity and low permeability. It not only has all the advantages of geomembrance but also the excellent flexibility and tension resistance. Though the 20% extension of GCL by grab strength, its permeability rate is still stable. Bentonite is natural mineral which creates an impermeable gel layer when it becomes hydrated. In a confined environment, it will be self-healing when it is punctured. The two geotextile layers also help to improve the ability of self-healing by inhibiting bentonite's moving affected from needle and sewed fibre. |

Because of their unique self-healing sodium bentonite base, GCL resist cracking that typically occurs in compacted clay liners subjected to repeated wet/dry or freeze/thaw conditions.
